A two storey re-clad on a shared driveway on a cross lease site required cooperation with the neighbours .

This project was a complex reclad it had internal decks, flat roofs, and no eaves it required almost 100% of the exterior timber framing to be replaced.

With a brick base, only the second level required a new cladding system.
