With a membrane roof system over the front entrance we opted to install a new pitched tile roof on the whole house. Internally this property received layout changes to the kitchen, dining and living area. By removing a couple of walls we were able to create a much more functional, bright enjoyable space in what is arguably the key areas of the home, these changes were made along with a full interior refit.
This home under went a full exterior re-clad with no major changes to any roof lines or internal layout, it was a relatively straightforward reclad
Prior to re-clad this was a very original home that had not been well maintained, particularly throughout the latter years. The home had direct fix monolithic cladding and there were many water ingress issues around the property. We subsequently turned this property into a stunning and luxurious home; no expense was spared on what was a full internal and external renovation. This was an extremely satisfying project to be involved in and the cost of re-clad was a not a factor given the value added to the property value once completed.
