A beautiful Beachlands home which underwent a full exterior re-clad.

This is a large 5 Bedroom home we completely re-clad. A small structural issue caused by a leaking deck had to first be fully repaired as per the new engineering detail.

With a brick base, only the second level required a new cladding system.
