Matt & Paul from Complete Building & Reclads came recommended to us via Word of Mouth. Once we met & the quotes came in, we were so impressed with their professionalism, advice & the answering of a myriad of questions that we couldn’t wait to start the renovation of the ensuite bathroom. We were so thrilled with the standard of workmanship, that we got them in again a few weeks later to start the kitchen upgrade. From start to finish, these guys are the dream team! They are honest, reliable, trustworthy, hands on, have a can do attitude while running a tight operation. Throughout both projects, they & their team of subcontractors have been excellent to deal with. Thank you for achieving a fantastic result in our home - we are delighted! It is our absolute pleasure to recommend these great blokes!

Complete Building and Reclads built us an amazing outdoor BBQ and pizza oven area and we couldn't be happier. Matt and Paul understood exactly what we wanted and brought it to life beautifully. Their attention to detail is second to none — top quality workmanship with a superb finish. It's already the favorite spot in our home for entertaining. Professional, tidy, and easy to deal with the whole way through, and they stuck to their timeframes. If you want builders who take real pride in their work, look no further. Highly recommended — 5 stars!"

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Complete Building and Reclads (CBR). Living overseas, we had previously dealt with a number of disappointing and costly repair experiences, so finding a team we could truly rely on was incredibly important to us. CBR exceeded our expectations in every respect. They undertook significant remedial work to address issues stemming from 20-year-old renovations that had not been properly inspected by Auckland City Council. Matthew and Paul worked seamlessly with engineers and council inspectors, efficiently securing the necessary Code of Compliance Certificate with professionalism and ease. In preparation for the sale of our home, they also managed extensive repairs following 14 years of poor property management. Matthew and Paul coordinated skilled tradespeople and contractors, carefully overseeing every detail to ensure the highest standard of workmanship. The result was a beautifully presented home, ready for market. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were prompt, dependable, and consistently kept us informed, which gave us great peace of mind given we were overseas. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they regularly went above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. We also appreciated their transparency—estimates were fair and accurate, and any cost savings were passed on to us. We have no hesitation in recommending Complete Building and Reclads for any residential building or renovation project. Their professionalism, integrity, and quality of work are truly outstanding. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew and Paul from Complete Building and Reclads. They are amazing to work with. Originally I had a bathroom renovation which they took care of everything from start to finish with ease – even taking time to organise the products I needed. The process was very professional, their quotes were quick and accurate, they are very knowledgeable and they keep the workspace very tidy. Best of all they completed the job on the timeframes discussed. Since then, I’ve found plenty of other jobs for them to handle, and they’ve had no problem taking them on no matter the size. They are very trustworthy and always deliver excellent results – Thank you Matthew and Paul for all your hard work!!!

The service was excellent and the costings of everything were amazing so all came within my budget. They did a lovely bathroom, organized the garage to be totally paint and it looks a “million Dollars”. They advised me to replace the deck as it was rotten people comment how nice and spacious it looks now. Very neat and tidy and had an eye for a superb finish. Very easy to work with. Would recommend them. Sally Champion

Couldn’t be happier!!! – Thank you Complete Building & Reclads came highly recommended to us to fully renovate 2 bathrooms in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the very beginning Matthew and Paul’s approach was professional, precise and very particular. They provided excellent project management across multiple trades including tiles, builders, electricians, plumbers and specialist shower installers just to name a few – ensuring every aspect of the job was completed to a very high standard. They consistently used top-quality materials and were extremely knowledgeable, offering valuable advice and options tailored to suit both our needs and our budget. Their quotes provided were accurate, communication was clear, attention to detail second to none and the entire project was delivered on time. They maintained a clean, safe and tidy work environment throughout the entire process. They are trustworthy and a genuine pleasure to deal with. We were so impressed with their work that we have since hired them for several other projects at our property – all of which have been completed to the same exceptional standard. If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality project management/building company for new work or renovations, then Complete Building & Reclad are the company you need. Anthony and Nadine German
