With two major previous renovations undertaken on this property prior to us commencing work this job was never going to be a straight forward job.
During Re-clad
The property was propped and a new foundation was laid for roughly one third of the building.
After Re-clad
New floating decks, bathrooms, kitchen, double glazed joinery and some major layout changes transformed this magnificent property with sea-views into something quite spectacular.
This home under went a full exterior re-clad with no major changes to any roof lines or internal layout, it was a relatively straightforward reclad
With the removal of the old monolithic cladding, this property was reclad with bevel back pine weatherboards .It also received a new and improved redesigned deck along with a full interior makeover.
This is a large 5 Bedroom home we completely re-clad. A small structural issue caused by a leaking deck had to first be fully repaired as per the new engineering detail.
