With the removal of the old monolithic cladding, this property was reclad with bevel back pine weatherboards .It also received a new and improved redesigned deck along with a full interior makeover.

New weatherboard cladding, new skylights, the removal of a conservatory roof, and a brand new floating Vitex deck were all installed as part of this beach side homes new look. Custom window furnishings from Window Design Interiors finished off the interior remodel.
