Major layout changes transformed this magnificent property with sea-views into something quite spectacular.
This project was a complex reclad it had internal decks, flat roofs, and no eaves it required almost 100% of the exterior timber framing to be replaced.
With new cladding also came a new front entrance for this property with schist pillars for effect.
