This is a large 5 Bedroom home we completely re-clad. A small structural issue caused by a leaking deck had to first be fully repaired as per the new engineering detail.

Major layout changes transformed this magnificent property with sea-views into something quite spectacular.

Prior to re-clad this was a very original home that had not been well maintained, particularly throughout the latter years. The home had direct fix monolithic cladding and there were many water ingress issues around the property. We subsequently turned this property into a stunning and luxurious home; no expense was spared on what was a full internal and external renovation. This was an extremely satisfying project to be involved in and the cost of re-clad was a not a factor given the value added to the property value once completed.

This project was a complex reclad it had internal decks, flat roofs, and no eaves it required almost 100% of the exterior timber framing to be replaced.
