Before Re-clad
This project was a complex re-clad we removed the flat membrane roofs and replaced them with new colour-steel, pitched, ones with eaves, we re-worked the internal decks, replaced almost 100% of the exterior timber framing, and this was just a few of the leaky home features that needed to be rectified as part of this relcad project.

After Re-clad
This re-designed, rebuilt home includes a new pitched roof along with a new bevel-back weather board cladding system.
A complete interior refit was also undertaken, these are just some of the new features installed in this property, a designer kitchen featuring German Miele appliances, new floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms, LED lighting, a gas Escea fire and instant Rinnai gas hot water.
