After Full Rebuild
The Old Leaky Home was completely removed and replaced with a brand new architecturally designed home.
It features a lift central air-conditioning and underfloor heating to name just a few of its amazing features.
Prior to re-clad this was a very original home that had not been well maintained, particularly throughout the latter years. The home had direct fix monolithic cladding and there were many water ingress issues around the property. We subsequently turned this property into a stunning and luxurious home; no expense was spared on what was a full internal and external renovation. This was an extremely satisfying project to be involved in and the cost of re-clad was a not a factor given the value added to the property value once completed.

This project was a complex reclad it had internal decks, flat roofs, and no eaves it required almost 100% of the exterior timber framing to be replaced.
