After Re-clad

New double glazed joinery from Nebulite South Auckland, a new pitched roof from Counties Manukau Roofing, and a complete new bevel-back pine cladding system on a cavity with new insulation was installed at the same time.

Along with all the exterior remediation a new kitchen was installed, the old wallpaper was stripped and the walls skimmed ready for a level 4 paint finish.

To finish it off new light fittings, bathrooms, and carpet were also installed. External and internal glass balustrade systems were installed to give the place a much more open feel whilst ensuring the view to the park and water was maintained.
